Share Details
To start the move, we need access to your current environment. You provide us with the login details for your current hosting control panel, FTP, your WordPress administrator account, and the EPP transfer code for your domain. We treat this data confidentially and securely.

Copy & Test
We make a complete copy of your website to your new plan with us. We test this copy. At this stage, your existing website remains untouched at your existing provider, ensuring uptime during the process.
03.
The Switch
When everything appears intact, we will let you know and will use the EPP code provided by you to transfer the domain. This action points the domain to our servers. Your website is now fully migrated and running on your new hosting plan!

Email Migration Service
Switching hosting shouldn’t mean losing your email history. We can transfer your existing emails to your new plan for you.
Please note: This service requires your current mailbox to support the IMAP protocol. POP3 accounts cannot be easily migrated server-to-server because the emails are stored on your local device.

Provide Login Details
To access your current mailbox, we need a few details from you. Please provide us with: the email address, the login name (often the same as the email), the password, the hostname (server address), the IMAP port, and the SMTP port.

We Sync Your Mail
Once we have the details, we initiate a secure sync. We copy all existing emails and folders from your old provider directly to your new plan. When the process is complete, you can log in to your new account and find your complete history ready and waiting for you.
